All participating Coworking Operators are committed to providing a clean, hygienic and safe environment for members, guests and the public.
Each operator publishes their Covid19 Safe policy on their website and you can find out more information by visiting the site you’ve booked prior to your experience. As government policy evolves, all operators update their procedures and they will notify you prior to your visit of any specific requirements.
The health advice from the government has changed over time and varies from state to state. We recommend you follow the guidelines from Safe Work Australia and check the requirements in your state.
Each participating Coworking provider will adhere to the requirements in their state and you can find more information about their Covid Safe plan on the individual Coworking providers site.
As at February 2021, you are required to carry a N95 compliant mask at all times. Check signage upon entry to each Coworking site as to whether wearing a mask is required inside.
All operators will have disposable masks available should you need.
All participating Coworking providers are ensuring their spaces are hygienic, with regularly cleaning and disinfection. Shared spaces have been reconfigured to ensure that members and Coworking Week attendees can maintain a social distance of 1.5m at all times.
Yes you will need to checkin to each site you visit during your experience.
Each participating space will have their own checkin facilities and will provide a QR code linking to their system.
All Coworking providers work with Safework Australia and the health departments in their jurisdiction.
In the event of a confirmed positive infection by a visitor to an operator's site, that operator may be required to provide a list of attendees on that day to the government authority.
The operator will complete a deep clean of the site in question prior to reopening.
Any future bookings you have will be automatically cancelled.
